Connect

Connect your PULSE Elite™ wireless headset to your PS5® console using the included PlayStation Link™ USB adapter. The included USB adapter is paired to your headset out of the box. 

  1. Make sure that your PS5 console is on. 
  2. Insert the USB adapter into one of the USB Type-A ports on your console. 
  3. Press the PlayStation Link™ button on your headset to turn it on.
    The status indicator on your headset slowly blinks blue while searching for a connection.
    When connected, the indicator on your headset turns solid blue and the indicator on the adapter turns solid white.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to take a tour of your headset.

Connect your PULSE Elite wireless headset to compatible PCs (Windows) or Macs (macOS) that have USB audio output using the included PlayStation Link™ USB adapter. The included USB adapter is paired to your headset out of the box. 

  1. Make sure your PC or Mac is on. 
  2. Insert the USB adapter into a USB Type-A port on your PC/Mac. 
  3. Press the PlayStation Link™ button on your headset to turn it on.
    The status indicator on your headset blinks blue while searching for a connection. 
    When connected, the indicator on your headset turns solid blue and the indicator on your adapter turns solid white.

Connect your PULSE Elite wireless headset to compatible mobile devices that support a Bluetooth connection.

You first need to pair your headset to your mobile device to set up a Bluetooth connection.

  1. Make sure Bluetooth is toggled “on” from the Bluetooth settings of your mobile device. 
  2. Press the PS Link button on your headset to turn it on.
    Your headset automatically connects to the last connected device.
  3. Press and hold the PS Link button on your headset, and release it when the status indicator on your headset quickly blinks blue (approximately 8 seconds).
    Your headset is in pairing mode when the indicator quickly blinks blue.
  4. From the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device, select “PULSE Elite” from the list of Bluetooth devices.
    When paired and connected, the indicator on your headset turns solid blue.

Use the PS Link button on your PULSE Elite wireless headset for different functions that can be activated by short and long presses.

Quick press and release

  • Turn on your headset to search and connect to your last connected device (PS Link or Bluetooth device).
  • Cancel a search for an existing connection or new pairing. Your headset connects back to the last connected device.

Quick press three times

  • Displays Sound controls from the control center.

Press and hold for approximately 2 seconds, release

  • Deactivate current connection and initiate connection to a previously paired PS Link or Bluetooth device.

Press and hold approximately 4 seconds, release

  • Turn off your headset.

Press and hold for approximately 8 seconds, release

  • Pair to a new PS Link or Bluetooth device.

Press and hold for 8 seconds. Release, and then press and hold for 8 seconds again

  • Wipe all paired connections from your headset. Be careful, as this deletes all PS Link and Bluetooth pairings and audio settings.

Press and hold for at least 10 seconds, release

  • Reset your headset (this doesn’t delete any pairings or settings).

When you first use your PULSE Elite™ wireless headset with your PS Portal, you need to pair them. Make sure you’ve completed initial setup of your PS Portal before pairing. 

  1. Turn on your PS Portal.
  2. Press and hold the PlayStation Link™ button on your headset, and release it when the status indicator on your headset quickly blinks blue (approximately 8 seconds).
    Your headset is in pairing mode when the indicator quickly blinks blue.
  3. Press the PS Link button on your PS Portal.
    When paired and connected, the indicator on your headset turns solid blue and your PS Portal shows a connected state.
  1. Charge the headset with the USB cable that came with the headset.
  2. Plug the USB adaptor into your console.
  3. Switch the headset on and wait for the blue light to stop blinking and turn solid blue. A solid blue light indicates a successful pairing.

Charge

When you turn on or turn off your PULSE Elite wireless headset, the status indicator blinks to show the battery level. If the indicator blinks red, the battery level of your headset is low or empty. 
You can charge your headset from any compatible USB Type-A charging port using the included USB cable. 

  1. Make sure your device with the USB-A port is on, such as your PS5 console or PC/Mac®. 
  2. Connect your headset to the USB-A port using the included USB cable.
    The indicator on your headset slowly blinks orange while charging. 
  3. Wait for your headset to charge.
    You can use your headset while charging as long as you keep it connected to the USB device. 
    The indicator turns off when charging is complete.

The status indicator blinks to indicate the battery level of your PULSE Elite wireless headset.

You must mount the PULSE Elite charging hanger to a vertical surface before you use it to charge your PULSE Elite™ wireless headset.

Troubleshoot

Use the volume button on the right side of your headset to raise or lower the PlayStation Link™ volume.

You can press the mute button on your microphone to mute or unmute. 

  • When the mute indicator is lit, the mic is muted. Other players can’t hear you. 
  • When the mute indicator is unlit, the mic is on. Other players can hear you. 

If you’re having issues with your PULSE Elite wireless headset, try resetting it. Resetting won’t affect any PlayStation Link™ or Bluetooth pairings, or audio settings.

  1. Press and hold the PlayStation Link™ button on your headset for at least 10 seconds.
    While you’re holding the button, your headset turns off.
  2. Press the PS Link button on your headset to turn it back on.
  3. Check if the issue with your headset has been fixed.
  1. Make sure the wireless adaptor is firmly plugged into your console.
  2. Turn off your headset by pressing the OFF button located near the ear cup, then back ON again. The headset light will blink when pairing.

Your headset might be out of range from your console, or another electronic device might be causing interference with your wireless router.

  1. Try turning your wireless router off and then on again.
  2. If you’re still having issues, try resetting your headset.

Updates for your PULSE Elite wireless headset and USB adapter are added when you update your PS5 console system software. Make sure your headset and adapter are updated to the latest version available. When there’s a new update available, follow the on-screen instructions.

Wear

Make sure you insert and position your PULSE Explore wireless earbuds into your ears as shown below.

Pick the earbud tip size that best suits your comfort and provides a good acoustic seal. Choose your favorite out of four sizes included in the box. The earbuds are pre-attached with a pair.

To check that you’re using a good earbud tip size for you, try the following: 

  • Insert the earbuds in your ears and then try speaking aloud or walking near a loud sound source. External noises should sound slightly muffled. When you play audio, it should be equal in both earbuds. 
  • Listen to music at a medium volume. Audio from both earbuds should sound the same. 
  • Check that there’s slight resistance when you remove the earbuds from your ears. The earbuds shouldn’t fall out accidentally during use. 

Connect

Connect your PULSE Explore™ wireless earbuds to your PS5® console using the included PlayStation Link™ USB adapter. The included USB adapter is paired to your earbuds out of the box.

  1. Make sure that your PS5 console is on.
  2. Make sure both of your earbuds are docked in the charging case.
  3. Insert the USB adapter into one of the USB Type-A ports on your console.
  4. Remove both earbuds from the case to connect them to your console.
    When connected, the status indicator on the adapter turns solid white.

Connect your PULSE Explore wireless earbuds to compatible PCs (Windows) or Macs (macOS) that have USB audio output using the included PlayStation Link™ USB adapter. The included USB adapter is paired to your earbuds out of the box.

  1. Make sure that your PC or Mac is on.
  2. Make sure both of your earbuds are docked in the charging case.
  3. Insert the USB adapter into a USB Type-A port on your PC/Mac.
  4. Remove both earbuds from the case to connect them to your PC/Mac.
    When connected, the status indicator on the adapter turns solid white.

Connect your PULSE Explore wireless earbuds to compatible mobile devices that support a Bluetooth connection.

  1. Turn on your PS Portal.
  2. Make sure both of your earbuds are in the charging case.
  3. Press and hold the PlayStation Link™ button on the case and release it when the status indicator on the case quickly blinks blue (approximately 8 seconds).
    Your earbuds are in pairing mode when the indicator quickly blinks blue.
  4. Press the PS Link button on your PS Portal.
    When paired and connected, the indicator on the case turns solid blue and your PS Portal shows a connected state.

Remove one or both of your earbuds from the case to activate the following functions. If you’re using both earbuds, you need to press only one PS Link button on either of your earbuds.

Quick press and release 

  • Turn on your earbud(s) to search and connect to your last connected device (PS Link or Bluetooth device).
  • Cancel a search for an existing connection or new pairing. Your earbuds connect back to the last connected device.

Press and hold for approximately 2 seconds, release 

  • Deactivate current connection and initiate connection to a previously paired PS Link or Bluetooth device.

Press and hold for at least 12 seconds, release

  • Reset your earbuds (this does not delete any connections).

Charge

  1. Dock your earbuds in the case.
    The indicator on the case slowly blinks orange while charging.
  2. Wait for your earbuds to charge.
    The indicator turns off when charging is complete.
  • When the battery of your earbuds is empty, fully charging them takes approximately 40 minutes. If you want to use your earbuds sooner, let them charge for 10 minutes to use for 1.5 hours.
  1. Make sure your device with the USB-A port is on, such as your PS5 console or PC/Mac®. 
  2. Connect your case to the USB-A port using the included USB cable.
    The indicator on your case slowly blinks orange while charging
  3. Wait for your case to charge.
    The indicator turns off when charging is complete. 
  • When the battery of the charging case is empty, fully charging it takes approximately 1.5 hours. 
  • If you want to charge your case while your console is in rest mode, you must activate this feature. 

The status indicator blinks to indicate the battery level of your earbuds and case.

Troubleshoot

Updates for your PULSE Explore wireless earbuds and USB adapter are added when you update your PS5 console system software. Make sure your earbuds and adapter are updated to the latest version available. When there’s a new update available, follow the on-screen instructions.

Connect

You can use a second PS Link USB adapter to set up another PS Link connection to a USB audio device without having to unplug your first USB adapter.

A new, standalone USB adapter isn’t paired to your device out of the box, so you first need to pair them.

When your PS Link device is paired and connected with your PS Link USB adapters, you can easily switch between PS Link connections.

Reset your PlayStation Link™ USB adapter if you’d like to clear all PS Link connections.

You can reset your USB adapter from any USB Type-A charging port.

  1. Make sure your device with the USB-A port is on, such as your PlayStation®5 console or PC/Mac.
  2. Insert your USB adapter into the USB-A port on your device.
  3. Press and hold the PS Link button on your USB adapter for 30 seconds.
  4. See if your adapter resets successfully by checking if any of your previously paired PS Link devices automatically connect to your adapter.
    If they don’t automatically connect, the reset was successful.
    If they automatically connect, the reset wasn’t successful. 
  • Use a timer to make sure you press and hold the button for a full 30 seconds to reset your adapter.

  • PULSE Explore™ wireless earbuds.

Troubleshoot

  • Make sure nothing is blocking the connection between your PS Link device and your PS Link USB adapter. Try connecting your PS Link USB adapter to a USB port on the front of your console* or computer.
  • Restart your wireless router. 
  • Try moving your wireless router away from your PS Link devices. 
  • If you have a wireless router that operates on multiple frequencies, please try disabling each frequency and testing your PS Link connection.
  • If other wireless devices are operating close to your PS Link USB adapter, remove them and power down the devices to see if the connection issues are resolved. Example devices include:
    • Smart home devices (outlets, lights, thermostats, etc.)
    • Wireless speakers (sound bars, smart speakers, etc.)
    • Wireless routers
  • Try using a USB extension cable (sold separately) to place some distance between your PS Link device and potential sources of interference.
  • Try moving closer to your PS Link USB adapter to see if the signal quality improves.
  • If you’re using a USB 3.0 hub with additional high-speed connected devices (external hard drives, etc.), safely unplug the devices and see if the connection issues are resolved. 

*PS5 consoles (CFI-2000 model group - slim) require a USB-C to USB-A adapter (sold separately) to connect to the front USB port.

  • If your computer has multiple in-use USB 3.0 ports, safely unplug the devices and see if the connection issues are resolved. 
  • Try using a USB extension cable (sold separately) to place some distance between your USB adapter and potential sources of interference.
  • Make sure your system software is up to date.
  • If you’re using a USB extended storage drive with your PlayStation®5 console, safely unplug the drive and see if the connection issues are resolved.

HD Camera (PS5 consoles)

Want to be included when streaming your broadcasts? Use your HD camera (CFI-ZEY series) or PlayStation Camera (CUH-ZEY series) and put yourself in your live stream.

  1. Press the create button and select Broadcast.
  2. Select the streaming service you'd like to broadcast with.
  3. Enter your broadcast information. When you want to include video from your camera or audio from your voice chat, select Broadcast Options and customize how you broadcast.
  4. When you're all set, select Go Live, and your broadcast starts. The broadcast card appears in the control center.
  1. Clean your HD Camera lenses using a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Don’t use water or any other cleaning fluids.
  2. Check the lenses to see if they are cracked or damaged.
  3. Try moving nearer to the camera. 
  4. Don’t move your HD Camera after you have set it up. 
  5. Make sure your HD Camera is on a stable surface. Movement during gameplay may result in tracking failure.

PlayStation Camera

The PlayStation Camera adaptor is used to connect the PlayStation®Camera* (sold for the PlayStation®4 console) to a PlayStation®5 console. This allows the use of PlayStation®VR when playing supported PS4™ games on a PS5™ console, including games that require PlayStation®Move or PlayStation®VR aim controllers.

*Model CUH-ZEY1 or CUH-ZEY2

Please note: The new HD camera for PS5 is not compatible with PS VR. You will need to use the PS Camera (for PS4) with a PlayStation Camera adaptor (no purchase required) to use PS VR on PS5.

  1. Connect the PS Camera cable to the AUX port on the back of your PS4.
  2. Place your PS Camera on a level surface directly facing where you’ll be sitting when you play.
  3. Change the angle of the PS Camera to make sure it’s capturing the right area.

If you are setting up your PS Camera for PS VR, there are a few extra steps to configure it. See the full PS VR Quick Start guide and video for more detail.

PlayStation Move

The PS Move controller is compatible with PS5™ consoles and PS4™ consoles. You need to pair your controller if it's the first time using it.

  1. Turn on your PS5 console or PS4 console and set up your PlayStation®Camera.
  2. Connect your PS Move controller to your console using the included USB Mini Type-B cable.
  3. Press the PS button on the PS Move controller.
  • You can use up to four motion controllers at one time. To use two or more PS Move controllers, pair each controller separately.
  • When you play with your PS Move controller, always disconnect the USB cable before use.

Media remote

You'll need to pair your media remote to your PS5™ console before you can use it:

  1. Go to Settings > Accessories > Media Remote > Set Up Media Remote, and follow the on-screen pairing instructions. 
  2. If the automatic pairing doesn’t work, select Set Up Manually and follow on-screen instructions.

The media remote allows you to navigate your PlayStation®5 console and access media and apps without a wireless controller.

PlayStation aim wireless controller

The PS VR aim controller is a Bluetooth® device. You’ll need to pair your controller when you use it for the first time and when you use it with another PS4™ console.

With your PS4 console on, connect your controller using a micro USB cable*, then press the 2 PS button. Your controller pairs with the console and turns on. After you’ve paired your controller, you can disconnect the micro USB cable and use your controller wirelessly. 

*The PS VR aim controller is not supplied with a micro-USB. Use the micro-USB cable for your DUALSHOCK 4 wireless controller.

Here’s some basic information about your PlayStation Portal™ remote player.

During Remote Play, your PS Portal lets you enjoy the same key features of the DualSense™ wireless controller that you use with your PlayStation®5 console. Your PS Portal responds to your gameplay in the same way as your wireless controller.

A) Directional key
Highlight an item on the screen.

B) Create button
During Remote Play, this button functions the same way as the create button on your controller.

C) PS button
After turning on your PS Portal, press the PS button to unlock the lock screen.
You can do the following things during Remote Play.

Press onceAccess the control center on your PS5® console.
Press and holdGo to the home screen on your PS5 console.

D) Screen (touchscreen) 
Features touch functionality.
Just like the one on your controller, you can use the touch pad function on your PS Portal during Remote Play.

E) Mute button
Mute or unmute the mic during Remote Play.
If the mic isn’t working during Remote Play, check to make sure that this button isn’t on mute, or that the mic on your headset or earbuds isn’t muted.
You can turn on/off the indicator on the mute button in Settings.

F) Options button
During Remote Play, this button functions the same way as the options button on your controller.

G) Action buttons

Cross button
Select the highlighted item.
Circle buttonCancel a command.

H) Light bar
During Remote Play, the light bar glows in the same way as your controller’s light bar.

The screen that appears when you turn on your PS Portal and then unlock the lock screen is the home screen.

  • You can unlock the lock screen by pressing the PS button.

Displays the Wi-Fi connection status, battery level, and time.

D) Portal
Tap this to connect to your PS5 console and start Remote Play.

Quick menu

During Remote Play, swipe left from the top right of your screen to display the quick menu.

Tapping the quick menu icon from the status bar also displays the quick menu.

A) PS5 console connection
Select this to quit Remote Play, or connect to a different PS5 console.

B) PS Link connection
Displays the audio device connected with PlayStation Link. Select this to check its battery level.

C) Display Brightness
Adjust the screen brightness.

D) Settings
Displays the settings for your PS Portal.

Set up your PS5 console

Before starting Remote Play, turn on your PS5 console or put it into rest mode. Make sure the following settings are configured on your PS5 console. These settings are saved until you change them.

  • Connect your PS5 console to the internet.
  • Sign in with the same account you’ll use to sign in on your PS Portal.
  • Update your PS5 console to the latest version of the system software.
  • From the home screen of your PS5 console, select Settings > System > Remote Play, and then turn on Enable Remote Play.
  • To start Remote Play while your PS5 console is in rest mode, select Settings > System > Power Saving > Features Available in Rest Mode. Then, turn on Stay Connected to the Internet and Enable Turning on PS5 from Network.

Start Remote Play

On the home screen of your PS Portal, tap the portal or press the cross button. Your PS Portal connects with the PS5 console you used previously, and Remote Play starts.

  • Your PS Portal won't be able to search and connect to your PS5 console if it's been a while since you last signed in. Before trying to connect remotely from outside your home, check that your PS Portal connects properly while you're near your PS5 console.

Quit Remote Play

During Remote Play, open the quick menu and then select Disconnect.

To put your PS5 console in rest mode when Remote Play quits, turn on Put the Connected PS5 in Rest Mode and then select Disconnect on your PS Portal.

Switch to a different PS5 console

To use a different PS5 console for Remote Play, take the following steps. If you’re currently using Remote Play, you’ll need to quit first.

  1. From the home screen, open the quick menu, and then select the PS5 icon.
    The name of the PS5 console you used last time displays underneath the icon.
  2. Select the PS5 console you want to use for Remote Play.
    If you don't see the console that you want, it might be because your PS5 console isn't set up yet. For more information, visit the guide below.

Use the touch pad

During gameplay, tap the screen and the touch pad areas appear on the left and right side of the screen. Within these areas, you can do things like tap and swipe.

To use the touch pad as a button, double tap within one of the touch pad areas.

  • You can use the touch pad functionality even when the touch pad areas aren’t displayed on the screen.

Display the quick menu

Swipe left from the top right corner of your screen to open the quick menu.

  • Tapping the quick menu icon from the status bar also displays the quick menu.

Tap anywhere on the screen to display the status bar.

You can enjoy Cloud Streaming (Beta) on your PS Portal.

  • To stream games, you need a subscription for PlayStation Plus Premium. The features and services of PlayStation Plus vary depending on your country or region. For details, visit playstation.com/ps-plus/ 
  • You can't purchase or manage PlayStation Plus subscriptions on your PS Portal. To do so, use your PS5 console or PS App, or visit playstation.com/ps-plus/
  • Cloud Streaming (Beta) isn't available for child accounts.
  •  You can play select PS5 games from the Game Catalog available with PlayStation Plus Premium. To check out what games you can stream, see the Game Catalog on your PS Portal.

Get ready to stream games

You need to take the following steps before you can stream games on your PS Portal.

  1. From the home screen, open the quick menu, and then select Settings.

  2. Select Cloud Streaming (Beta).

  3. On the screen that appears, turn on Cloud Streaming (Beta).
    The lock screen appears. Press the PS button to unlock the lock screen and display the home screen. From the home screen, you can select between Remote Play or Cloud Streaming (Beta).

If you turn on Cloud Streaming (Beta), Home appears on the quick menu. Select this to return to the screen with the options to select Remote Play or Cloud Streaming (Beta).

Play a streaming game

  1. On the home screen, select Stream from the Game Catalog.
  2. Select the game you want to play from the Game Catalog.
  3. Select Stream.
    The game starts when connected.

The following functions aren't available when streaming games on the PS Portal.

  • Playing games that aren't in the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog
  • Playing PS3™ or PS4® games
  • Buying add-ons during a game
  • Joining groups or parties through PlayStation Network, or inviting other players to join
  • Voice chatting or using messages through PlayStation Network*
  • Managing your friends*
  • Checking what trophies you can earn*
  • Taking captures
  • Broadcasting, or using Share Screen or Share Play while streaming games
  • Checking Game Help
  • Competing in challenges
  • Verifying your age to play CERO-Z games for Japanese accounts**

* You may be able to voice chat or use messages if a game provides these features. You can also use PS App to manage your friends, check trophies, voice chat, or use messages through PlayStation Network.

** Before you can stream CERO-Z games on your PS Portal, you first need to verify your age. To do so, acquire the game from your PS5 console, PS App, or the website for PS Store.

Adjust the screen resolution for your streaming games

During a streaming game, the game's video resolution automatically adjusts depending on the quality of your internet connection. If you open the quick menu while streaming, you can select Max Resolution to choose the highest resolution it can be set to when automatically adjusted.

If your internet connection has enough stability and speed, selecting 1080p is recommended. If your connection isn't fast enough, or you're worried about stability while streaming, selecting 720p is recommended. To apply a new resolution, you need to restart the streaming game.

Close a streaming game

  1. Open the quick menu.
  2. On the screen that appears, select Close Game.
  • When streaming games, if you sign in to your PS Portal with the same account that you use for your PS5 console, you can keep playing from where you left off on your console.
  • If you're inactive for a while, your streaming game closes. Don't forget to save your progress!

With your PS Portal, you can use any headsets or earbuds that are PlayStation Link-supported or compatible with a 3.5 mm audio input jack.

You can use PlayStation Link with your PULSE Explore™ wireless earbuds and your PULSE Elite™ wireless headset.

PS Link-supported audio devices can quickly switch between the audio of your PS Portal and your PS5 console.

Use a wired audio device

You can use wired headsets or earbuds compatible with a 3.5 mm audio input jack. 

Connect them to the headset jack on the bottom of your PS Portal.

To view and configure settings for your PS Portal, select Settings from the quick menu. You can change the following settings:

Network

Change the Wi-Fi network you're connected to, and check connection status.

System

Update the system software and reset your PS Portal. You can also configure settings for device language, date and time, and battery usage.

Display and Brightness

Adjust the brightness of the screen. Turn on/off the light bar and the indicator on the mute button.

You can also adjust the brightness of the screen from the quick menu.

Controller

Change the vibration intensity and the trigger effect intensity.

PS Link DeviceAdjust the volume or equalizer, and mute or unmute the mic on your connected PlayStation Link device. You can also reset the device.
Cloud Streaming (Beta)

You can use Cloud Streaming (Beta) by enabling this setting.

This feature displays only if PlayStation Plus Premium is available in your country or region, and you sign in with an adult account. Use Cloud Streaming (Beta)

Sign Out

You can sign out of your account for PlayStation™Network from here.

Make sure that you’re signed out of PlayStation Network before sending your PS Portal to an authorized service center for repair. This helps prevent unauthorized access to your credit card and other personal information. To sign out, go to the quick menu and select Settings  > Sign Out.

Transfers/Returns/Disposal

Make sure that you deactivate and reset your PS Portal before you transfer ownership, dispose of it, or return it (where permitted).

Troubleshooting

  1. Press and hold the power button.
  2. Select Restart.

If you can’t restart your PS Portal, try the following. 

  1. Press and hold the power button on your PS Portal.
  2. Wait for your PS Portal to turn off. Then, wait 30 seconds.
  3. Press and hold the power button on your PS Portal.
    The system reboots.

If you’re still having issues, try performing a full reset.

  1. On your PS5 console, go to Settings > System > Remote Play, and then turn on Enable Remote Play.
  2. On your PS5 console, go to Settings > System > Power Saving > Features Available in Rest Mode. Select Stay connected to the Internet and Enable Turning on PS5 from Network
  3. Make sure your PS5 console is connected to the internet and you are signed in with the same account.

If your PS Portal unexpectedly crashes or restarts while charging, try the following:

  1. Unplug the charging cable from your PS Portal.
  2. When the display of PS Portal is off, press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds until it turns on and boots to the lock screen or one of the initial setup screens. 
  3. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until the power options menu appears and select "Power off".
  4. After PS Portal has powered off, plug it into the charging cable and resume charging.
  • If your PS Portal repeatedly experiences this issue, try turning it off before connecting the charging cable (steps 3 and 4).
  • This issue is planned to be addressed soon in an upcoming system software update.

  1. From the top right of your screen, swipe left to display the Quick Menu. 
  2. Go to Settings > System > System Software
  3. Select System Software Update.
