How to manage your subscriptions on PlayStation Store

Learn how to see which subscriptions are active on your account, how to find out when a subscription expires, and how to cancel a subscription.

How to check your PlayStation subscription payment plan online

  1. Sign in to Account Management.
  2. Select Subscription.
    You see a list of the subscription services you’re currently subscribed to.
  3. Select a subscription to check the next payment date, or to cancel the subscription.

  2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  2. Select the menu icon from the top right of the screen and choose Subscriptions Management.

How to cancel your PlayStation subscription online

Once you cancel your subscription, your subscription will be deactivated from the next payment date.

  1. Sign in to Account Management.
  2. Select Subscription.
  3. Select Cancel below the subscription you’d like to cancel.
    If you’d like to keep your subscription, select Reactivate Subscription to keep it active.
  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
  2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  3. Select a service > Cancel Subscription.

To cancel a game or app service

  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Game and App Services.
  2. Select the game or app service.
  3. Select Turn Off Auto-Renewal.

PS Plus and EA Play

  1. Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Subscriptions.
  2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription.

All other subscriptions

  1. Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Service list.
  2. Select the subscription from the list and select Cancel Subscription.
  1. Select the PlayStation Store icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the menu icon from the top right of the screen and choose Subscriptions Management.
  3. Select Cancel below the subscription you’d like to cancel.
  4. If you’d like to keep your subscription, select Reactivate Subscription to keep it active.
