If this error occurs, there may be a problem connecting to the server. Please try the following:

1. Check the PlayStation™Network status page to see if there are network issues.
2. Restart your PlayStation®4 console.
   
3. Turn off your router, wait at least five minutes, then restart it.
4. This may be a temporary issue. Please try again after a while.
