How to fix CE-107255-0

We can't confirm your subscription to PlayStation®Plus.

  1. Make sure your console is connected to the internet and that you're signed in to PlayStation™Network.
  2. Check whether your PlayStation Plus subscription has expired by going to Settings > Users and Accounts > Accounts > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

If you can sign into PSN and your PlayStation Plus subscription is still active, the issue is likely temporary. Please try again later.
