How to fix CE-107750-0

An error occurred while playing the game.

  1. Turn off your PlayStation®5 console, and unplug the power cable. Wait five minutes, plug the power cable back in, and restart your PS5® console.

  2. Make sure that your game and PS5​​ console system software are both updated to their latest versions.

  1. If you still have the error, try deleting the game by going to Settings > Storage. Then, reinstall it.
  1. Start your PS5 console in Safe Mode and select Clear Cache and Rebuild Database > Rebuild Database.

If this issue keeps happening, try resetting your PS5 console.

Please note, resetting your console erases all data on the console storage.

  1. Back up the data on your PS5 console.
  1. After completing the backup, go to Settings > System > System Software > Reset Options > Reset Your Console.

  2. After resetting your console, try installing the game again.
