If you see this error, the PSN sign-in ID or password you entered may be incorrect:

1. The character input for the password is case sensitive.
2. Please check the sign-in ID and password and try again from Settings > Users and Accounts > Account.
   Just in case, you can also check to see if you can sign in from another device such as a PC.
