How to request VAT invoice for your order on direct.playstation.com

1. Once the payment for an order has been taken, and up to the 15^th of the month following payment, you can request an invoice from the Order Details page found under My Orders.
2. Select the order and then select VAT invoice.
3. Enter your residential address and select Submit.
   The invoice is emailed to the email address linked to your account for PlayStation Network.

• Please note that after the 15^th of the month following payment you will no longer be able to request an invoice.
