Please try the following steps:

1. Restart your PlayStation®4 console.
2. Perform an Internet connection test by selecting Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection.
3. Review and configure your network settings again if necessary.
4. Turn off your router, wait at least five minutes, then restart it.
