How to fix CE-119224-9

An error occurred while updating the PS VR2 Sense controller device software.

  1. Unplug the USB cable from your PlayStation®5 console.
  2. Restart your PS5 console.
  3. Pair and then unplug your PS VR2 Sense controllers. 
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the device software.
