This error may appear when you try to access an online service but you are not online. Please try the following steps:

1. Make sure that the online play mode is selected in the game.
   
2. Perform an Internet connection test by selecting Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection and check if you are connected to the Internet properly. Also, review and configure your network settings again if necessary.
3. There may be an issue on the server side. Please check the PlayStation™Network status page or game web site to see if there are any server failures or if maintenance is in progress.
