Terms & Conditions (WeChat Pay HK)

1. This promotion starts on March 29, 2023 and ends on April 5, 2023 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").
2. This promotion is organized by WeChat Pay Hong Kong Limited ("WeChat Pay Hong Kong") and is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
3. This promotion and the offer hereunder are only applicable to subscribe service or purchase products at Hong Kong PlayStation™Store (including Web, PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5 system) (the “Merchant”).
4. During the Promotion Period, WeChat Pay HK users ("Users”) can enjoy HK$15 discount upon a single spending of HK$300 via WeChat Pay HK at the Merchant (“Offer”). For the avoidance of any doubt, the Offer is not applicable for the following payment methods, including but not limited to FPS transfers, remittance via We Remit, spending via WeGoods, top-up for any stored value facilities or WeChat Red Packets. In case of any dispute in connection with the applicable scope of the Offer, the decision of WeChat Pay Hong Kong shall be final and conclusive.
5. Each User can only enjoy the Offer once during the Promotion Period. The Offer is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last without prior notice.
6. Each User can only participate in the promotion once in accordance with the terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, “each User” refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses the WeChat Pay HK service, but not merely a WeChat Pay HK account. To further avoid any dispute, in the following circumstances, the relevant WeChat Pay HK accounts will be deemed to be used by the same User:
   a. One or more WeChat Pay HK accounts are used to log in on the same mobile phone or device; or
   b. The same WeChat Pay HK account is used to log in on multiple mobile phones or devices; or
   c. The same bank account or same credit card number is linked to multiple WeChat Pay HK accounts.
   In the case of any of the above, WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend or terminate the release of the Offer rewarded to the relevant account and to take legal action it deems fit.
7. If there is more than one e-cash voucher or discount offer promotional activity of WeChat Pay HK, Users can receive the e-cash vouchers or discount issued or offered under all relevant activities as long as the Users can satisfy the relevant eligibility criteria for any or all activities.
8. Users are not required to redeem or present any e-cash vouchers to enjoy the Offer. As long as the conditions of use of the Offer is satisfied, the Offer will be automatically applied, and the discount will be shown on the payment proof of WeChat Pay HK. The Offer shall not be transferred to others, converted to cash or other offers or products, or used to top up any stored-value facilities. The Offer is provided by WeChat Pay Hong Kong and are only applicable to transactions paid via WeChat Pay HK.
9. Users can only use one e-cash voucher/Offer for each transaction conducted with WeChat Pay HK. If a User has an e-cash voucher in ‘Coupon’ with the face value higher than the Offer value, under applicable circumstances, the e-cash voucher with highest value will be used first. If a User has an e-cash voucher of the same value with the Offer value in ‘Coupon’, the Offer will be applied first.
10. In case of refund or return of goods, only the actual amount of payment will be refunded. The discounted amount is non-refundable and the Offer will not be re-issued after being used.
11. If there is any breach of these Terms and Conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behavior to obtain/and use of the Offer, or if any User commits any act affecting other User’s ability to participate in this promotion fairly, WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserves the right to immediately cancel such User’s eligibility for this promotion and the entitlement (if so obtained) to the Offer forthwith and without notice.
12. WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend or change any terms and conditions of this promotion, or terminate this promotion.
13. WeChat Pay Hong Kong will carry out this promotion in accordance with the applicable laws of Hong Kong. In the event this promotion is stopped by government agency’s orders or must be suspended due to server network attack or system failure or any circumstances beyond WeChat Pay Hong Kong’s control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event, and WeChat Pay Hong Kong shall not be liable for any damage, loss or dispute therein.
14. By participating in this promotion, the Users accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions hereof (and all subsequent amendments, revisions and/or supplements (if any)) and agree that WeChat Pay Hong Kong may use their personal data for the purpose of this promotion in accordance with WeChat Pay Hong Kong’s Privacy Policy.

16. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Terms & Conditions (Weixin Pay)

1. Promotion period: from March 29, 2023 until April 5, 2023.
2. WeChat Pay mainland China users (hereinafter referred to as "users") can get an immediate discount of CNY¥12 for a single payment of CNY¥258 on the Hong Kong PlayStation™Store (including Web, PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5 system) during promotion period (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer"). There is no need to collect the offer, and it will be automatically deducted when the consumption threshold is reached on the Hong Kong PlayStation™Store.
3. This Offer can be combined with the WeChat Pay exchange rate discount in the same order. Each user is limited to use once during the promotion period, and offer is limited, first come, first served, while stocks last; in case of a refund, the actual payment amount will be refunded, and the preferential amount will not be refunded.
4. The same WeChat account, the same ID number, the same mobile phone number, the same bank card, and the same mobile phone device, if one of the conditions is met, they are deemed to be the same user.
