This error may appear when there is a problem updating various applications related to the PlayStation®5 system software. 

Please try the following and check if the system features on your console are the latest versions:

1. If your system software is not up to date, please update the system software to the latest version from Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings.
2. Check if the system features have been updated properly from Settings > System > System Software > System Feature Updates.
