Please connect PS VR using the supplied accessories. You cannot use a combination of different VR headset and processor unit models.
For example, a CUH-ZVR1 VR headset will not work if connected to a CUH-ZVR2 processor unit.
You can continue to wear your glasses while wearing the VR headset. When adjusting the scope position, move the scope slowly so that the internal lenses and your glasses do not touch each other and become scratched. Depending on the size of your glasses and the shape of your head, the lenses may come into contact with your glasses.
When in cinematic mode, if the screen you see in your VR headset has drifted or isn’t cantered, you can try the following to correct the issue.
At times the camera might not properly track the position, direction, or movement of your VR headset or controller. On your PS4 console or PS5 console, go to Settings > Devices > PlayStation VR and then try these adjustments:
