Amazing Spider-Man (1963) #130Gangster with Gadgets — Read through #131! The battle between Hammerhead and Doc Ock continues, and spreads beyond the streets of New York to involve Peter Parker’s nearest and dearest. This run shows that even though Hammerhead is a mobster through and through, he’s not afraid to change it up and use newer tactics – jetpacks and helicopters make an appearance – to accomplish his goals.
Ultimate Spider-Man (2000) #79Ultimate Hammerhead — Read through #85 for the full arc! The Warriors storyline in Ultimate Spider-Man brings a modern perspective on Hammerhead as he attempts to take out the Kingpin. Plus, there’s a great Spidey storyline woven in here as well, where Peter tries to manage the challenges of being a super hero and a teenager at the same time – made even more difficult by the appearance of our favorite feline felon, Black Cat.
Hammerhead: Death of A Wise Guy (2008) #1The Hammer Swings — Here we see Hammerhead’s past and his transition into the future, (courtesy of Mr. Negative and Dr. Tramma), as they transform him into the Hammer, an agent whose sole purpose is to break things.
Amazing Spider-Man (1999) #575Hammerhead: Upgraded — Read through #576! Hammerhead is working as Mr. Negative’s enforcer, tasked with bringing fear to other New York gangs. The Hammer still has his trademark demand for respect and the traditional gangster ways, but he recognizes that “we all have to evolve or perish in this game”, and has a new outlook to go along with the upgrades that Mr. Negative has given him. This proves to be a real challenge for Spider-Man.
Silver Sable is back in the action-packed conclusion to Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps. The deadly mercenary is back to reclaim her stolen Sable International tech and gear from the city’s thugs. But with Police Department Captain Yuri Watanabe on administrative leave after her controversial efforts against crime boss Hammerhead, and bigger threats on the horizon, Spider-Man must rely on unlikely allies to keep the city safe from impending calamity.
Wrap up the post-launch downloadable content with exciting missions featuring Silver Sable and her hover-jet, and confront Screwball in a new series of challenges from the prankster Super Villain. Protect citizens from a unique enemy type and thwart new and upgraded crime types.

Amazing Spider-Man (1963) #279Spider-Man Team-Up — Here we start to see that there is more to Sable than just the hard-nosed leader of Sable International. She’s motivated by more than money as she teams up with Spider-Man for the first time – working together to stop Jack O'Lantern and to fight injustice that hits close to home.
Silver Sable & The Wild Pack (1992) #1Wild Card, Wild Pack — Just the beginning of Sable’s own comic book run, this adventure features Spider-Man and Sable working together and shows just how capable she is as an acrobatic fighter. She’s not altogether convinced Spider-Man’s help is necessary and would rather handle things on her own, which is a theme we wanted to work into our storyline too.
The Amazing Spider-Man (2015) #25Battle for Symkaria — This modern team-up between Silver Sable and Spider-Man takes them to Symkaria, where they fight against Norman Osborn and his Goblin Army. Here we see a different take on Sable – with her people enslaved and her Wild Pack decimated, she’s fighting for her homeland in a very real and powerful way. She and Spider-Man end up on the wrong side of S.H.I.E.L.D while trying to do the right thing
