If you lose access to your passkey or PlayStation™Network (PSN) password, you can recover your account online or on your console.
If you have access to an active passkey, you can sign in and manage the passkeys on your account. For example, if you lost your phone, but have another device with your passkey registered on it, then you can sign in to Account Management using that device and then register a new passkey.
If you don’t have access to a valid passkey, you need to recover your account.
