How to troubleshoot your PS VR2
Find troubleshooting steps for your PlayStation®VR2 and PlayStation VR2 Sense™ controllers.
For troubleshooting steps, select the issue you're experiencing from the list below:
- I have an issue with a PS VR2 Sense controller
- My headset movement isn’t being detected properly

How to reset your PS VR2 Sense controller
- Turn off your PlayStation®5 console.
- Locate the small reset button on the back of the controller.
- Use a pin or similar tool (not included) to press the reset button.
- Connect the controller to your PS5™ console using the USB cable that came with your console, and press the PS button.
How to reposition the cinematic mode screen
Press and hold the options button on your PS VR2 Sense controller to reset the position of the screen.
