How to link social media accounts and streaming services

Find out how to link or unlink your social media accounts and streaming services from your account for PlayStation™Network.

Linking your social media and streaming accounts allows you to expand your PlayStation experience beyond your PlayStation® consoles.

How to link accounts and services online

  1. Sign in to Account Management.
  2. Select Linked Services.
  3. Choose the service and select Link.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to link the service.
    Linked then appears below the service name.
  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Linked Services.
  2. Choose the service and select Link Account.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to link the service.
    Linked then appears next to the service name.
  • Some services can be linked through apps on your console. Select the app for the service you want to link from All Apps in your media home. Then, follow the on-screen instructions.
  1. Go to Settings > Account Management > Linked Services.
  2. Choose the service and select Link.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to link the service name.
  1. From the home screen, tap the settings icon (gear icon) at the top right.
  2. Scroll to the PlayStation Network section and select Linked Services.
  3. Choose the service and select Link.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to link the service.
    Linked then appears below the service name.
  • Your child can also link services to their account. As the family manager or appointed parent or guardian, you can view and manage any services that your child links to their account.
Configure child account settings
  • Services that you can link vary depending on your country or region. 
  • By linking a service, you're allowing some of your account data from the linked service to be shared with PlayStation.
  • You can also link some streaming services when you broadcast your gameplay or share your captures for the first time.

How to unlink social media accounts and streaming services online

  1. Sign in to Account Management.
  2. Select Linked Services.
  3. Choose the service and select Unlink > Yes.
    Linked no longer appears below the service name.
  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Linked Services.
  2. Choose the service and select Unlink Account > Yes, Unlink.
    Linked no longer appears next to the service name.
  1. Go to Settings > Account Management > Linked Services.
  2. Choose the service and select Unlink > Unlink.
  1. From the home screen, tap the settings icon (gear icon) at the top right.
  2. Scroll to the PlayStation Network section and select Linked Services.
  3. Choose the service and select Unlink > Yes.
    Linked no longer appears below the service name.
