An error occurred when starting the application. There may be a problem with the application:

1. Restart your PlayStation®4 console.
   
2. Highlight the application icon, press the OPTIONS button and select Delete. 
3. Reinstall the application.
   
4. If the situation does not improve, back up your saved data from Settings > Application Saved Data Management and initialise your PS4 console from Settings > Initialisation > Initialise PS4.
