Internet connection has timed out. The network communication may be weak or unstable. Please try the following steps in order:

1. Check PlayStation™Network status page for server failure or maintenance.
   
2. Restart your PlayStation®4 console and connect to the Internet using a wired connection if possible. 
3. If you are using a wireless connection, try bringing your PS4™ console closer to your router.
4. Turn off your router, wait at least 5 minutes, then restart it.
5. If the issue persists, the line may be temporarily busy. Please try again later.
