If this error appears, there may be a problem with the data you are trying to install. Please try the following steps:
- Restart your PlayStation®5 console.
- Connect your PS5 console to the Internet using a wired connection if possible.
- Go to Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection and configure your network settings again.
- When using a wireless connection, try bringing your PS5 console closer to your router and removing anything interrupting the connection between the devices.
- Turn off your router and wait at least 5 minutes, then restart it.
- Go to Settings > Storage. If there is game data that has failed to install, delete the game and then redownload it.
