Your PlayStation®5 console lost connection to the server.
Try signing in by going to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Sign In.
Go to Settings > Network > Connection Status > Test Internet Connection. If necessary, reconfigure your network settings.
Turn off your router, wait 5 minutes, and then restart it.
Restart your console, and connect to the internet using a wired connection if possible.
If you are using a wireless connection, try bringing your console closer to your router and removing anything interrupting the connection between the devices.
