If you have access to an active passkey, you can sign in and manage the passkeys on your account. For example, if you lost your phone, but have another device with your passkey registered on it, then you can sign in to Account Management using that device and then register a new passkey.
Follow the secure link in the email, fill in the requested information, and create a new password using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Sign In.
On the sign-in screen, press the triangle button, and then select Next. An email for changing your password is sent to the sign-in ID (email address) shown on this screen. The verification email can take a few minutes to arrive.

If you have access to a PS4 console that you have activated as your primary PS4, you can reset your password in a couple of clicks — all you need is access to your sign-in ID (email address):

If you can't access your passkey, provide the verification information for your account, or open the password reset email, you need to contact PlayStation Support.
The email may be in your spam folder. Check your email inbox and search for "PlayStation" in all mailboxes, including any spam or junk folders.
Your email address may be misspelled. Repeat the password reset steps and ensure the email address shown on the “Forgot Your Password?” page is the one you use to sign in to your account.
Do you have a child account? Only the family manager can reset the password for your account.
There may be an issue with Account Management. Sometimes network issues can delay password change emails. Please check the network status page.
