How to pair PlayStation wireless headsets

Find out how to pair Pulse, Platinum, and Gold wireless headsets with PlayStation®5 consoles and PlayStation®4 consoles.

How to pair PlayStation wireless headsets with your PS5 console  

  1. Charge the headset using the included USB cable.
  2. Plug the USB adapter into your console.

  1. Switch the headset on and wait for the status indicator to stop blinking. A solid light indicates a successful pairing.

Having issues?

  1. Make sure your wireless headset is charged using the included USB cable.
  2. Make sure the USB wireless adapter is firmly plugged into your console.
  3. Turn your headset off and then on again.
