- Check whether the voucher code is still valid.
Some codes have an expiry date listed on the voucher. - Voucher codes can only be redeemed in the same region as your account.
Make sure that the country/region of your PlayStation™Network account matches the country/region of your voucher code. - Wallet top-up voucher codes can’t be redeemed on child accounts.
Make sure your account is an adult account or a family manager account.
