There will be changes to the PlayStation Stars programme before this version of the programme fully ends.

Effective May 21, 2025, PlayStation Stars is no longer accepting new members and it is not possible to join the programme.

Current members can access PlayStation Stars before it fully ends via the PlayStation Stars logo in PS App. To be a current PlayStation Stars member, you must a) have joined prior to May 21, 2025, b) have accepted the updated Terms of Service on PS App that went into effect on October 24, 2024, and c) not have cancelled your membership.

If you joined PlayStation Stars prior to May 21, 2025 but have not yet accepted the updated Terms of Service that went into effect on October 24, 2024, you are not presently able to participate in the programme or earn Points. However, by logging-into PlayStation Stars on PS App and accepting the updated PlayStation Stars Terms of Service before PlayStation Stars fully ends on November 2, 2026, you can continue participating in active parts of the programme and regain access to your Points that have not expired.

Your Digital Collectibles are still yours to keep—even if you cancel your PlayStation Stars membership and after PlayStation Stars ends.

Current PlayStation Stars members can continue redeeming any Points they may have, until they expire per the PlayStation Stars Terms of Service. You can view your Points balance under your player profile within PS App. Points can be redeemed in your Rewards Catalogue for available items by going to PS App > Player Profile > PlayStation Stars > Rewards Catalogue.

You still may cancel your membership at any time. However, starting May 21, 2025, if you cancel, you will lose any unused Points and will not be able to rejoin the programme.

PlayStation Stars will officially end on November 2, 2026, and will no longer be accessible after this date.
