How to fix WC-40371-5

1. Make sure you’ve entered the 12-digit code correctly.
2. Check whether the voucher code is still valid.
   Some codes have an expiry date listed on the voucher.
3. Voucher codes can only be redeemed in the same region as your account.
   Make sure that the country/region of your PlayStation™Network account matches the country/region of your voucher code.
4. Wallet top-up voucher codes can’t be redeemed on child accounts.
   Make sure your account is an adult account or a family manager account.
