Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales SNS Campaign 3 

  1. “Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales SNS campaign 3” (“this event”) is organized by Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc ("the Organizer").
  2. This event period is from 22nd December, 2020 until 31st December, 2020 at 23:59 (Hong Kong Time Zone, GMT+8), subject to the time of receipt by the Organizer's server.
  3. PlayStation 's Facebook(HK, TW, KR & Asia) fans in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore and Malaysia are eligible to join this event. Participants are required to leave a comment, tag one friend and submit in-game photo of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales by using the photo mode in the comments section of the post. MCU/ITSV Suits or Avengers images are not recommended.
  4. Eleven (11) winners of the best comment shall be selected by the Organizer based on creativity and aesthetic elements for photo, and rewarded the following prizes.
    • Grand Prize - Hot Toys Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales 1/6th scale Collectible Figure (2 winners). It shall be released in Mid-2022, exact date shall be informed individually.
    • Second Prize - PlayStation® PULSE 3D Wireless Headset (3 winners)
    • Third Prize – Hot Toys Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales Cosbaby (6 winners)
  5. Winning entries shall be compiled and shared on PlayStation ’s Facebook(HK, TW, KR & Asia) page on 15th January, 2021.
  6. All winners shall be notified by Messenger on or before 15th January, 2021.
  7. Each participant is allowed to one submission only.
  8. By participating this event and submitting photos and comments, you agree to authorize the Organizer or its affiliates to use, edit or share your photos and comments in other social media or marketing materials in the future without payment/prior notice to you.
  9. Participants are required to provide correct information. If any information is found to be incorrect or incomplete, participation entry shall be disqualified without notice. All information collected shall be used for this event only.
  10. All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  11. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss or delay in prize delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the participants.
  12. If any fraud or abuse found, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participation entry without notice and take necessary legal actions.
  13. Marvel, The Walt Disney Company, and their affiliates are not sponsors, administrators, or prize providers of this event.
  14. Employees of Marvel, The Walt Disney Company, Hot Toys and their affiliates are not eligible to enter this event.
  15. The Organizer shall indemnify Marvel, The Walt Disney Company and their affiliates (and each of their officers, directors and employees) against and hold them harmless from any claims raised by participants and winners of this event.
  16. The Organizer has the requisite rights to use any prizes it proposes to use in this event.
  17. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this event without notice.
  18. The Organizer reserves the final right in case of any disputes.
