- Check whether your PS4® console can read other discs (game discs, DVDs, or Blu-ray discs).
- If only one disc has the problem, make sure it’s clean and free of fingerprints, smudges, or scratches.
Clean the disc with a clean, soft, and lint-free cloth specifically for cleaning discs. Wipe from the center toward the edge of the disc to remove any dirt.
