How to fix SU-42118-6

Please try the following:

1. Turn off and unplug your console.
2. Turn off your router/modem, wait at least 5 minutes, and then restart the router/modem.
   
3. Plug the console back in and restart it.
4. Select Notifications from the PS4™ console function area, highlight the update file, press the OPTIONS button, and select Delete.
5. Select Settings > System Software Update.
