How to view your PlayStation Store transaction history online

Checking your transaction history is useful if you want to know whether a PlayStation Store purchase was successful, or find the cause of any unfamiliar charges.

  1. Sign in to Account Management.
  2. Select Transaction History.
  3. Choose the transaction date range. By default, the history for the past two years is displayed.
  4. Select a transaction to view details.
  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
  2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Transaction History.
  3. Select an account to view the Transaction History.
    Only the family manager can see their family members' transaction history.
  4. Choose the transaction date range and select Continue.

  3. Select an account to view the Transaction History.

  1. Select the PlayStation Store icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the menu icon from the top right of the screen and choose Transaction History.
  3. Choose the transaction date range.
  4. Select a transaction to view the details.

How to view PlayStation Store service list on your PS5 console

Checking your PlayStation Store service list can be useful if you want to know whether content has been applied to your account. Content that isn't downloaded to your devices, such as season passes and in-game currency, will appear on this list.

  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
  2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Game and App Services.
  3. Select the application to view its available and downloadable content.
