  1. The "Marvel's Spider-Man 2" Stamp Hunt Mission Event (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") is organized by Sony Interactive Entertainment Singapore Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). Marvel, The Walt Disney Company and their respective affiliates are not sponsors, administrators, or prize providers for the Event.
  2. Event Period:
    The Event commences on October 18, 2023 at [10:00:00] Thailand time, and concludes on October 22, 2023, at 23:59:59 Thailand time, all timings being subject to the Organizer’s servers (the “Event Period”).
  3. Eligibility:
    This Event is only open to an individual who is a legal resident of Thailand
    (i) Employees of the Organizer, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively referred to as "Promotion Entities"), (ii) employees of Marvel, The Walt Disney Company, and their respective affiliates, and (iii) each of the immediate family members of those under (i) and (ii) (e.g., spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win to ensure fairness. This paragraph is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

    By participating in this Event, participants fully and unconditionally accept these terms and conditions and any decisions or interpretations made by the Organizer concerning these terms and conditions. Such decisions by the Organizer are the final and binding determinations for all matters related to the Event.
  4. How to Participate:
    To participate in the Event, participants must attend the Stamp Hunt Mission pop-up event (the “Pop-up Event”) at Eden Zone Central world Department store during the Event Period. Participants need to collect a stamp collector card at the Pop-up Event. Participants can collect stamps on the stamp collector card when completing tasks at the Pop-up Event for a chance to redeem merchandise and win prizes as listed below.

    Participants must head to the designated booth upon completing a task and collect a stamp from the staff at the designated booth. Participants will earn one stamp for completing each task above, upon confirmation by the staff. The stamp for each task can only be collected once and each task cannot be repeated.

    By participating in the Event, (i) each participant agrees to authorize and to provide the Organizer and its affiliates the right to use, edit or share that participant's posts in other social media or marketing materials in the future without payment or prior notice to that participant, and (ii) each participant agrees that, if their entry is subject to the rights of third parties, the participant shall be solely responsible for obtaining clear and unambiguous prior consent from such third parties as a requisite for such entry to be valid in the Event.


    Participation Restrictions:Each participant is limited to joining the Event with one Thai ID (limited to one stamp collector card per Thai ID). Participants are prohibited from (i) using more than one LINE [or Facebook][OL(S1]  account or multiple identities or (ii) changing their LINE [or] account after signing up for the Event. Changing accounts or using different log-in details will be regarded as separate accounts. Points cannot be consolidated across accounts, and the accumulated points will be recalculated.
    Important Notice: Message and data rates may apply if a participant participates in the Event on their mobile device. Participants should consult their mobile service provider’s pricing plans.
  25. Prizes and redemption items:
    Redemption items:
    Participants who have collected 1 stamp or 3 stamps on their stamp collector card will be entitled to redeem a sticker (for 1 stamp) or a comic book (for 3 stamps), as specified below.
    Participants have to provide their stamp collector card for confirmation by the staff at Daily Bugle Booth in the Pop-up Event during October 20th 2023 [10:00 Thailand time – October 22nd 2023 [20:00] Thailand time (both dates inclusive), in order to be entitled to redeem one of the following redemption items. All the redemption items are limited in quantity and will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis. Available while supplies last.
    •  Redemption items for participants who have 1 Stamp: "Marvel's Spider-Man 2" Stickers limited to total of 200 pcs per day (1 pc redeemable per participant per day)
    • Redemption items for participants who have 3 Stamps: "Marvel's Spider-Man 2" comic book (English version) limited to total of 200 pcs per day (1 pc redeemable per participant per day)
    Prizes for submitted cards with the best answers:
    Participants who have collected all 5 stamps are entitled to write [on the stamp collector card ] a memory of how that participant and the people that participant knows came together to create something awesome, and submit it to the [Daily Bugle Booth] at the Pop-up Event during October 20th 2023 [10:00 ] Thailand time – October 22nd 2023 20:00] Thailand time (both dates inclusive).
    The best answers will be judged by the Organizer based on [creativity, uniqueness, and constructive elements]. The 27 winners who are judged by the Organizer to have given the top 27 best answers will be rewarded with 4 of the following prizes per winner:

    1st Prize – 1 set of PlayStation®5 Console – Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition Bundle (Winning Criteria: The participant who gave the best answer.)

    2nd Prize - 1 set of PlayStation®5 Console – Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Collector Edition Bundle (Winning Criteria: The participant who gave the second best answer.)

    3rd Prize – 6th Prize –1 unit of Backpack (total of 4 unit for 4 winners) (Winning Criteria: The participants who gave the third to seventh best answers.)

    7th Prize – 27th Prize – 1 unit Oversized T-shirt (total of 21 unit for 21 winners) (Winning Criteria: The participants who gave the seventh to twenty-seventh best answers.)
  26. How to collect prizes：
    • Participant’s Thai ID will be used to check and verify any duplicate entries only, and will not be used for any other purpose. e
    • The Organizer will contact and notify all winners within three weeks after the Event concludes. Failure by a winner to respond with all required information in their reply by return within the time period specified by the Organizer may result in forfeiture of the winner’s right to claim their prize. All Event prizes will be sent out by December 24, 2023 Thailand time.
    • The Organizer reserves the right to replace prizes with a prize of equivalent or greater value in case of unavailability of a prize for any reason. Winners cannot request prize changes, cash equivalency, transfers, or sales. No receipt will be issued for the prizes.
    • Promotion Entities shall not be held responsible for any delay in awarding or delivering the prizes for any reason.
    • All prizes are not entitled to product warranty. If prizes are lost, stolen, or damaged after being received, they will not be replaced.
    • Contact information must be accurately provided by participants. If incorrect contact details provided by a winner lead to an inability to contact them, their eligibility will automatically be forfeited.
    • Prizes are exclusively for winners and cannot be gifted, sold to third parties, or exchanged for cash. If winners cannot attend, they forfeit their prize without any right to alternative compensation or rights.
    • Winners under 18 years old must obtain written consent from their legal guardians or parents.
    • The Organizer is not liable for any delays, losses, errors, non-recognitions, or damages to participant data due to reasons beyond their control, such as computer, network, phone, or technical issues. Participants cannot object to this.
    • This Event is only open to residents of Thailand.
    • The Organizer reserves the right to review the eligibility of participants. If upon review, a participant is found ineligible, the Organizer may revoke their winning status.
    • Any unmentioned details or any changes or modifications related to this Event will be announced on the Event's webpage, with no separate notifications. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Event and hold the final interpretation rights.
    • Participants are required to provide correct information. If any information provided by a participant is found or suspected by the Organizer to be incorrect or incomplete, their participation entry shall be disqualified without notice. If any fraud or abuse by a participant is found or suspected by the Organizer, or if any entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is deemed to be of poor quality, incomplete, illegible, incomprehensible, misleading, deceptive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate in the opinion of the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify that participant’s participation entry without notice and to take any necessary legal action.
  27. Liability Limit:
    These terms and conditions will not exempt or limit the Organizer in any way from liability related to fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury or death caused by their negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. By participating in this Event, participants agree to release and hold harmless (i) the Promotion Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, web providers, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, appointees and agents and (ii) Marvel, The Walt Disney Company, each of their respective affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees ((i) and (ii) collectively, "Released Parties") from any responsibility for:
    (i) Lost, delayed, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due or undeliverable email/messages or mail;
    (ii) Errors, malfunction or unavailability of any computer, phone, hardware, software, network or internet;
    (iii) Miscommunication, mistaken or scrambled data transmission, service provider/network connection, availability or congestion;
    (iv) Technical, mechanical, printing or typographical errors;
    (v) Incorrect or inaccurate registration information, or failure to register;
    (vi) Any malfunction, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation,
    communication failure, technical errors, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the Event;
    (vii) Damage or destruction to personal computers related to or resulting from participating in this Event or accepting a prize;
    (viii) Entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise non-compliant registrations. Moreover, the Promotion Entities are not responsible for any unreplied or undelivered winner notifications.
    Participation in this Event signifies the participant's agreement to:
    (i) Be bound by these terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements;
    (ii) Waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions;
    (iii) Waive the right to bring any claim, action, or lawsuit against any of the Released Parties in relation to the Event; and
    (iv) Forever and irrevocably agree to release and not pursue each of the Released Parties for any and all claims related to:(a) This Event, including, but not limited to, any related activities and the participant's registration, participation, or inability to participate in the Event; (b) the infringement of any third party privacy, personal, publicity, or proprietary rights; (c) Acceptance, attendance, receipt, travel, participation, delivery, possession, defects, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence, or deliberate misconduct related to the use of a prize (or any of its parts); (d) Any change in the prize (or any of its content); (e) Human error; (f) Any error, negligence, unauthorized action, or omission of any of the Released Parties; (g) Loss, delay, theft, misdelivery, damage, or destruction of the prize (or any of its parts); or (h) Any claim, lawsuit, cause of action, demand, fine, penalty, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the participant's negligence or deliberate breach of the rules. Should any reason prevent the Event from proceeding as planned, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or delay the Event and/or to proceed in a fair and reasonable manner to select the winners, including selecting winners from eligible participants in the event of cancellation, suspension, modification, or delay. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in these terms and conditions. If technical, typographical, mechanical, operational, printing, production, computer, or other errors result in more winners than listed in these terms and conditions, a random drawing will determine the winners from among the claimants.

    Without limiting the foregoing, all items related to this Event, including prizes, are provided "as is", without any form of express or implied warranty, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  28. Disputes:This event is governed by the laws of Thailand and shall be interpreted accordingly. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to this Event shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand .
  29. Privacy Policy:The Organizer shall process all personal data provided by participants, or which the Organizer collects from participants, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at: https://www.playstation.com/legal/privacy-policy/
    Participants may request the Organizer to delete their personal data before the Event concludes, but doing so may disqualify participants from the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants from the Event if any personal data provided by participants is false, inaccurate, or misleading.
  30. Publicity:By participating in this Event, participants grant the Organizer and those authorized by the Organizer the right to use their names, addresses, personal details, preferences, online IDs, personal appearances, photos, and other information or content provided during the Event for promotional, trade, commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media, including but not limited to television and the internet, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  31. General Terms:Participation in this Event through any means other than those previously mentioned will be deemed invalid. If any participant is found or suspected of obstructing the operation of the Event, violating the terms and conditions, engaging in unsporting behavior, or intentionally affecting the normal operation of the Event, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify them. Attempts to participate in the Event other than as described in the terms and conditions will not be accepted. If any individual is found to be using or attempting to use multiple phone numbers, email addresses, residences, identities, IP addresses, proxy servers, or other means to register multiple times, all of that individual's registrations will be voided, and they will not receive any prizes they might have won. Participation in the Event using machinery, automation, macros, programming, third-party means, or similar methods will be nullified, and such participants will be disqualified. If there is doubt about the eligibility of a winner, the Organizer may request personal identification. The winning answer is deemed to have been submitted by the "authorized account holder" of the email address provided at the time of registration. An "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business or educational institution). Participants may be required to provide proof of being the authorized account holder. Intentionally damaging any website or hindering the normal operation of this Event is a criminal offense. If such behavior is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to take legal action against the individual. If any provision or part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable or void for any reason, that provision or part should be modified or deleted to ensure the rest of the terms remain effective and enforceable. The inability to enforce or void any provision in these terms and conditions or prize documents will not affect the other provisions. Participants have no right to amend these terms. If the Organizer cannot enforce any provision within the terms, it does not mean waiving that provision; the provision remains in full effect. Any submitted registration and/or information becomes the property of the Organizer and will not be returned. If any promotional details (including but not limited to point of sale, TV or print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotional media) differ from what is described in these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions prevail.
    In case of any disputes, the Organizer’s decisions are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal. These terms and conditions are subject to change by the Organizer without prior notice.
  32. Language:These Terms and Conditions are in the English language and in the Thai language. The English language version of these Terms and Conditions (and any notice or other document relating hereto) shall prevail if there is a conflict (except where the document is a constitutional, statutory, or other official document).  

*Sony Interactive Entertainment Singapore Limited reserves final rights if there is any dispute. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
