How to make a Data Access request

Find out how to request and download a copy of key personal information that SIE processes about you.

How to make a request

  1. Sign in to Account Management
  2. On the sidebar, select Privacy Settings.
  3. Select Data Access Requests > Request Data.
    A Data Access request confirmation appears on your screen. Select OK.
  4. Log in to the email account that you use for your Sign-in ID.
    The first email you receive from us confirms the Data Access request, and the second is a notification that your personal information is ready to download.
    Please allow up to seven days for the second email to reach you.
  5. In the second email, click on the link and sign in to your PlayStation™Network account again, if prompted.
    An Excel file automatically downloads. Save and open this file to view your personal information.

Please note:

  • The data is available to download for seven days after receiving the second email.
  • You can check the status of your request by following steps 1-3 above.
