If this error occurs, there may be a problem connecting to the server. Please try the following steps:

1. Restart your PlayStation®4 console.
   
2. Turn off your router, wait at least five minutes, then restart it.
3. Try using a wired connection if possible. 
4. Check that the firmware of your router is up to date.
   
5. Please try again after a while.
