A contaminated world, after the collapse of civilization.
In a small corner of the sprawling ruins,
a wandering robot finds the feeble young girl, Toriko.
She is on the brink of death, already a seedbed for the spores.
Mushrooms grow here and there from her body.
In the robot's core, the wish to save this girl sprouts,
but this contaminated world is no place to raise a child.
We'll just have to make for her an isolated, safe enviroment: a terrarium!
