If this error occurs on PlayStation®3, there may be a problem connecting to the server due to a server failure or your network connection.

Please try the following to check if you can solve the problem:

1. Check PlayStation™Network Status if there is any server failure or maintenance going on.
2. Please sign out from PSN on XMB™ and sign in again.
3. Please check if you can sign in using another device.
4. Turn off your router and modem, and wait at least 5 minutes, then restart it.
