If there are no PSN issues and you receive this error, your IP address has been blocked for activity that violates the PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement.
The activity may have been caused by a virus on a device connected to your home network. Please perform a virus scan on all connected devices.
If you need more information, please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). More information has already been provided to your ISP.
Once the matter is resolved, the IP assigned to you will be automatically unblocked.
