You are signed out of PlayStation™Network.

  1. Go to Settings Users and Accounts > Sign in.  
  2. If you are already signed in, go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Sign Out. Then sign in again.
  3. Turn off your router, and wait at least 5 minutes, then restart it.
