During the Calibration Sequence, you have the opportunity to choose between Gesture, which allows you to move around the world through your physical movements, and Analogue which allows you to use the Sticks on the Playstation VR2 Sense controllers to move in the game. You can change the control scheme via the Options menu.
While there is limited functionality with a DualSense controller, it is not intended for standard gameplay when playing Horizon Call of the Mountain. PS Move controllers are not compatible with PlayStation VR2.
Yes, the VR2 headset and Horizon Call of the Mountain support gaze tracking. The game uses gaze-based foveated rendering to help render the world at the highest quality where the player is looking. We also support gaze-based aim assist for shooting arrows, using tools, and navigating menus. This can be selected during the initial calibration screen or in the Options menu.
Hold down the “Options” button on the controller while your head is in a comfortable position, looking forward. This will recalibrate your head position in the game.
