How to customize audio settings on PULSE Explore wireless earbuds
Find out how to change audio settings and control the volume and microphone on your PULSE Explore™ wireless earbuds.
- Equalizer and sidetone volume settings are stored on your earbuds once you configure them through your PS5® console. If you connect earbuds to other devices, they’ll keep the same settings.
Use the tactile dot on the “+” side of the volume button to help you adjust the volume without taking off your earbud.
You can also adjust the volume from your PS5 console through the Sound controls in the control center.
- The volume button controls only the PS Link audio from your console or PC/Mac. When your earbuds are connected to a Bluetooth device, you need to control the volume from your mobile device. When you listen to two audio sources at the same time from both PS Link and Bluetooth devices, the volume button controls only the PS Link audio.
How to use the mic on your PULSE Explore wireless earbuds
Both of your earbuds have a mic on the top part of the earbud, which you can use to do things like voice chat.
To quickly mute the mics on your earbuds, press the mute button on your DualSense™ or DualSense Edge™ wireless controller.
- You can adjust the mic settings through the Sound controls in the control center.
- When both the left and right earbuds are connected via PS Link, the left earbud's mic is enabled.
