The information required to start the application can't be found.

  1. Ensure that the latest system software is installed by going to Settings > System Software Update.
  2. Highlight the application, press the OPTIONS button and select Check for Update.
  3. If the issue persists, boot the system in Safe Mode and select Rebuild Database.
  4. If the issue isn't resolved, re-install the application:

    • You can back up your save data by using a USB device. Connect the USB storage device and select Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Copy to USB Storage Device.
    • From the home screen, highlight the application, press the OPTIONS button and select Delete.
    • Download the game from your Library, or, if you have the game on disc, re-install the game by inserting the disk.
