How to troubleshoot popping sounds on PULSE Elite
If your PULSE Elite wireless headset has been exposed to high humidity, moisture can develop on the drivers and cause occasional popping sounds, even when the headset is powered off.
- Take off your headset and turn it off.
- Place your headset in a well-ventilated area for 10-15 minutes.
- Turn on your headset and try your audio again.
- Avoid exposing the drivers to an environment with high moisture, such as wearing the headset with wet hair or skin.
- When not in use, store your headset in a dry place.
- Please do not attempt to dry the drivers with a hair dryer, fan, or any other method other than the instructions described above, as it may damage your headset. Allow the drivers to passively air dry.
