If your system software is not up to date, please update it to the latest version. Go to Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings.
Back up your saved data.
Delete the application/game and reinstall it.
Restart your PlayStation®5 console.
Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other> Sign Out.
Sign in again.
