First Class Trouble הוא משחק מסיבות בו על שחקנים לעבוד יחד או אחד נגד השני כדי לשרוד אסון.

בין אם אתם משחקים כאחד הרזידנטס בני האנוש או הפרסונוידס המרדניים, תצטרכו להשתמש בתבונה שלכם (ומדי פעם בבקבוק שמפניה מעופף) כדי להישאר בחיים. 

ב-First Class Trouble עליכם להערים או לפתור את דרככם לניצחון בסביבה שובת לב אך מטרידה ולעיתים שובבה. בין אם אתם משחקים כאשר אתם סחים לגמרי או קצת מסוחררים, First Class Trouble יגיש לכם קוקטייל מסוכן של החלטות מורכבות ואפשרויות קרועות.
