If this error occurs, there may be a temporary issue caused by multiple overlapping operations on your console:

1. Turn off your PlayStation®4 console, unplug the power cable and plug it back in, then restart the console.
2. If the issue persists, please check Notifications to see if there are any ongoing downloads or installations in progress. Wait for downloads or installations to finish before trying again.
