Världen i Horizon har många olika landskap, från den frusna bergskedjan i norr till den kvava djungeln i söder. Och överallt finns igenvuxna ruiner, som spår av en gammal civilisation.
Världen i Horizon bebos av avancerade maskiner i alla former och storlekar. Dessa mystiska varelser är kusligt onaturliga, men samtidigt bekanta, och kombinerar mekanisk styrka med organiska egenskaper och djurisk vildhet.
